What we are looking for in you

• Any Graduation/ Diploma 
• Year of passing: 2023-2025
• All branches 
• 50% or 5.0 CGPA or equivalent in Graduation as per your university guidelines
• 10th Standard or equivalent: 50% and above
• 12th Standard or equivalent: 50% and above as per Board guidelines
• Must be a full-time course only. No part-time or correspondence or distance learning education in a degree
• Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only

Our Campus Recruitment Process

We follow a structured and candidate-friendly recruitment process to identify individuals who are ready to build a rewarding career in the RCM and medical billing industry:

1. Pre-Placement Talk
   A session to introduce students to our company, the scope of services we provide in medical billing and RCM, insights into the work culture at Hamly, and the career path we offer in the healthcare domain.
2. Registration
   Interested students register for the recruitment process. At this stage, basic details are collected for initial planning and communication purposes. 
3. Aptitude, Communication & Group Discussion Round
   Candidates participate in a multi-step assessment that includes:
• An aptitude test to evaluate logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• A communication assessment to test English fluency, grammar, and comprehension
• A group discussion to assess confidence, clarity of thought, listening skills, and team interaction
4. HR Interview
   Shortlisted candidates are invited for an HR round to assess their personality, communication, shift flexibility, willingness to work in the US healthcare domain, and overall cultural fit with our organization.
5. Operations/Managerial Round
   Candidates who clear the HR round will face an interview with our process managers or team leads. This round focuses on understanding their attitude, adaptability, grasp of basic medical billing concepts and eagerness to grow in the RCM field.
6. Offer Letter & Onboarding
   Final selected candidates are issued offer letters. We provide comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training covering the RCM cycle, US healthcare systems, medical billing platforms, and client-specific workflows to ensure a strong start to their career at Hamly.
